The Forger

In 1942, Jean De Serati, the master of all stamp forgers, was arrested for exporting very rare stamps (capital) out of France during wartime. Although De Serati, argued that the stamps were not genuine and were just facsimiles that he created, the court produced several experts to refute De Serati’s ridiculous claim. These stamps according to the experts were very rare and very genuine, impossible to forge. Forcing De Serati to go home, and forge another set, just to prove his innocence. The court was forced to acquit him.
